Creative Director / Photographer
Paola leads the creative direction end to end. The person shaping the idea is the person directing on the day and steering the edit, so what a project sets out to be is what it still is in the final frame.
Production scales around that. Crew and specialist support come in when the scope calls for it, and the creative direction stays in one pair of hands throughout.

How we work
The plan before the day

Conversation
The first call is about the work, not the package. What has to exist at the end of it, who it is for, and where it runs — because a film that lives on a homepage and a film that lives in a feed are not the same film. You leave that call with the plan, the shot list in outline, and the cost. Nothing after it is a surprise.

Production
Locations are scouted, the light is worked out against the hour, and the shot list is finished before the day starts. On set the work is directed rather than documented: we shoot what the edit needs and we know what that is, which is why one production day can carry a whole campaign instead of one asset.

Delivery
Color, cut, and every format the project actually publishes in — the film, the cutdowns, the stills, the crops. You get the finished work and the pieces around it, in the sizes the platforms want, without a second conversation about exports.
